How It Works

1. Locate the Active Tunnel: Find a mole tunnel by identifying raised ridges or soil mounds.
2. Set Up the Trap: Insert the scissor vertically into the tunnel and ensure the trap claws open perpendicular to the tunnel direction.
3. Activate the Trap: Step down on the trap pedal to set it up.

Placement & Safety

1. Proper Placement: Place the trap in active mole tunnels marked by raised ridges or soil mounds.
2. Ensure Alignment: Make sure the trap is correctly positioned within the tunnel for maximum effectiveness.
3. Safety Measures: Mark the sides with a red flag to prevent accidental injuries.

Best Timing

1. High Activity Periods: Set the traps during early spring or fall, when moles are most active.
2. Ideal Time: Place traps in the hours before sunset, as moles become active when humans are resting.
