The RatX Trays are pre-measured bait trays that make baiting easy; users simply need to peel off the bait tray cover and set them out where they observe rat or mouse activity.

Each plastic bait tray contains 3 ounces of RatX pellets, which are a 100% non-toxic and natural method for killing rats and mice. Manufactured in the USA from natural vegetable and cereal grains, RatX is a one-of-a-kind humane solution that is safe for people, pets, and other wildlife. Just one feeding is all it takes for RatX to be effective, as it works by coating the rodent's stomach lining and eliminating the signals to the brain to drink water, leading to dehydration, blood thickening, and circulatory collapse within a day or two of feeding.

This method of death is considered very humane, as the rat or mouse never feels any pain or discomfort; they simply fall asleep and lapse into a coma. Additionally, there is an absence of smell due to a mummification process that eliminates up to 90% of odor. When used correctly, death occurs within 2 to 4 days of feeding, depending on the size of the rodent.

It's important to note that rats and mice naturally eat up to 10% of their body weight per feeding, and one 3 oz. tray of RatX will kill approximately (1) rat or (6) mice. To be effective, just 4-6% of their body weight in RatX is needed: 40-60 grams or 1-1/2 to 2 oz for Rats; 10-15 grams or 1/3 to 1/2 oz for Mice. Users should remove all other food sources from the area being treated and place the RatX pellets in any areas where rat or mouse activity is seen, particularly along runs and holes, and directly into holes and voids where rodents are present.

For added attraction, the RatX Attractant (B01J3VO6ZQ) can be used, which is sold separately on Amazon. It's important not to underestimate the amount of rodents present, as users should revisit the areas to re-bait regularly. Additionally, the pellets should be kept dry, as wetting reduces their effectiveness. Baiting should continue until rat or mouse activity ceases, and an indicator of consumption will be fecal droppings bleached in color and up to 3 times larger than normal.

It's worth noting that voles, gophers, and moles have a different digestive system than mice or rats and will not be killed by this product. RatX is available in 2, 4, and 8-pack pre-measured 3 oz bait trays, as well as 8 oz, 1, 3, and 25 pound bags.
